DealKey (a Hansen House LLC company, "DealKey", "we", "us") offers a text messaging program to communicate with real estate investors and property owners about available properties and real estate transactions. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
This is a marketing SMS program. When you opt in, you may receive recurring automated marketing text messages from DealKey about off-market investment properties available for purchase and answering your questions about them. We do not send account, order, appointment or other transactional messages on this program. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
You can opt in by submitting a form on dealkey.co with the SMS consent box checked, by replying to a message from us with a keyword such as YES, or by texting us first. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
Message frequency varies. Most people receive between one and four messages per month. Conversations you start may involve more.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. DealKey does not charge for text messages.
Text STOP to cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You may also opt out by emailing deals@dealkey.co. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to this SMS program. By opting in you confirm that you are at least 18.
Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carrier liability disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
