DealKey (a Hansen House LLC company, "DealKey", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us: name, phone number, email, property address, property details, and anything you write in a form or message. Information from public records: property ownership, sales history, tax and lien records, and contact information associated with a property. Information collected automatically: standard web server logs and basic analytics about visits to dealkey.co.
To evaluate and make offers on real estate, to communicate with you about a property by call, text or email, to match properties with real estate investors in our network, to comply with law, and to operate and improve our services.
Program description: DealKey, a Hansen House LLC company, operates an SMS text message program that sends recurring automated marketing text messages to real estate investors about off-market properties available for purchase and follow-up about your buying criteria. How users opt in: you opt in by submitting the form at https://dealkey.co with the SMS consent checkbox checked, by replying to a message from us or texting us first, or by giving verbal consent during a phone call, after which we send a confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency: message frequency varies; most people receive between one and four messages per month, and conversations you start may involve more. Message and data rates may apply. Opt out: text STOP to cancel at any time. Help: text HELP or email hello.co. Full program terms: Terms of Service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
dealkey.co uses only essential cookies and basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our CRM, messaging, and data providers), with title companies, attorneys and investors as needed to complete a real estate transaction you have agreed to, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and state registries and maintain an internal do-not-contact list. To be added, reply STOP to any text, or email deals@dealkey.co with the phone number to remove.
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing deals@dealkey.co. We will respond within 30 days.
